Also, there was another study done on some 60 obese people who consumed green tea and a placebo for 12 weeks. Based on the acquired results, 7.3 pounds were lost in those that consumed green tea burn compared to those who consumed the placebo.

Also, in another study done on 70 men, they were provided with either placebo or puerh tea capsule. The study lasted for three months and results indicated that those that consumed puerh tea managed to lose about 2.2 pounds compared to those that consumed the placebo.
